October 10th, 2013 08:07 PM #102[QUOTE=robsem;2213980]UPDATES:
ilang beses ko kinontact thru text yung nakabangga sa kotse namin. ayaw ibigay yung insurer nila. sabi antayin ko nalang daw yung letter nila.
we expected na sila magpapaayos ng sasakyan namin. then nung hindi dumating yung letter, we decided na wag na ipursue and just let karma do it thing.
now, after few months, i got a letter from their insurer to pay them 9k+.
Thanks
any updates sir robsem....

Now you know the details of their policy.
File your third party claim on their policy.

October 11th, 2013 12:01 PM #104just an update...
after receiving the letter from the insurance company, our atty drafted a letter stating na since hindi na macontact yung other party we assumed na kanya kanya na ang pagayos sa damages and should they pursue the case, sa korte nalang magkita. So wala sila habol. Then dropped the letter in their office.
after few weeks, got a call from the previous owner of the mazda informing us na sila naman daw pinadalhan ng letter ng insurance company.
so far, wala na reply from the insurance company.

You do not just drop a letter, you should make sure you have a receiving copy as proof that your letter has been received.
And file your claim on their policy, that is the right direction.
Did some independent research and decided to go with the white pearl crystal.... para maiba naman. ...
