So i think atleast 20 seconds nang pasok ung hood ng mazda sa lane ni alterra before nag go ung trapik.
    well, assumptions are:

Participation usually ranges from 3-4k (depende sa insurance/car involve).

Participation is usually 1% of the declared value of the car on the insurance policy.

tingin ko na miscalculate ni esmi ung pag swerve to the right. since na hindi counted yan as swerving, inattentive ang ilalagay sa police report nyan.

    1. I think mali at hindi marunong pareho na driver dito. 1.1 Pag may open space pa ay kailangan i occupy na?.
1.2 On driver of Isuzu she should not move forward if not positive that the road is clear.
Walang right of way na pinaiiral sa kalsada kundi "Vehicles are unsafe at any speed".
Pasalamat kayo hindi pa aral ang pulis, automatic ticket yan Involved in accident.

Anyway move forward. If you are prepared to assume responsibility then prepare ka na.
Get Insurance as your wife clearly is not a good driver.

If they want to go to court then let them, gusto nila yon eh.

What I would recommend you to do is get a copy of the police report clearly stating that you are V1 and bumped by V2.
Then pa insure mo na car mo, puede naman kahit 6months to pay.
Then re assure your wife na everything is alright and you will handle the bitches.
If she made a mistake then forgive her and move on.

Sa akin limited experience ay ikaw binangga so get a copy of their insurance policy and file a third party claim on their policy para masa ayos na ang vehicle ninyo. But don't count on them having insurance kasi wala naman

Sa pulis naman alam nila rules to play safe which is state the facts V1 was bumped by V2.

I'm sure the Police investigator realizes how hassle it is if you go down the route of litigation so maybe you can ask him to help you settle the case and convince the other party. I also wouldn't get comprehensive at this age of the car. What I'd get though is TPL+TPPD for 50K coverage.

Wala ng 50,000php na bi/pd, matagal na. Unless you have the volume to be a writing agent.

My point is the person who is not at fault should not be asked to avail of their own policy in effect. There are consequences to filing a claim as well as admitting fault.
    I disagree.

While you guys have decided that the isuzu has right of way, what is it doing at the
right most lane when its intention is to go straight ahead to edsa ayala?
In this area the 4 lane road was divided by a concrete barrier , 2 lanes on the left for those
going straight ahead and wishing to u turn at edsa and 2 lanes for going to paseo de roxas,
    buendia and to ayala.

On this area of edsa your right is the long perimeter wall of bel-air.

As long as I'm in my lane kakayurin ka ng owner ko...

4 cases, 3 cases won and 1 case walang nangyari so I will say quits.

Bottomline, I like my car now kahit hindi siya brand new, I do drive with care but of course the beast inside us can be unleashed anytime. Just be ready to pay the consequences even your at fault or not...

It doesn't matter, the driver can always change what they say. Pwede niyang sabihin na kakanan din siya...But it seems like the Mazda is turning right, so dapat estimate of 50m to 100m pa lang eh nasa outer lane na siya, pero depende pa rin sa road marking yan eh, pero as usual ano aasahan natin sa standard ng road markings dito sa atin? Puro SUB-standard...
