August 28th, 2013 09:38 PM #1Hi my tito wants to transfer his newly bought second hand car under my name. What is the minimum age for the person whose name is gonna be registered in the certificate of registration? I am a student, what are the requirements also for the transfer of ownership? Thanks

I think you have to be within the legal age of 18. Just my thoughts, I maybe wrong.

August 28th, 2013 10:32 PM #3i believe you can have your name attached to it legally, if you inherit it. but to buy it and sell it and to transact business with it, you will have to be at least 18 (?) years old. otherwise, you need your guardian's signature.
let's wait for the lawyers' inputs.
