Better use your insurance. Kaya po tayo ng insurance para sa ganyang cases. Yes hahabulin ni insurance si taxi or jeepney after mo mapagawa yun sasakyan since andun na yun total cost pag naka indicate sa police report na sila ang may kasalanan.

Perahin mo na lang Bro Threadstone, you may not get the exact participation amount but at least may narecover ka konti ay nagbayad sa kasalanan yung other party kahit papano. Less hassle, life is good.

Sir you can claim it with Mapfre. Meron naman po kayong "waiver of deductible (participation)/depreciation". Pagawain nyo na lang po yung taxi/jeepney driver ng letter claiming the liability on the accident with signature. Get a copy of his ORCR and DL para po wala na kayong bayaran na participation fee.. Yes, Mapfre na po yung hahabol sa taxi/jeepney driver. No need for police report paki fill up na lang po yung Mapfre claim form
