This just doesn't sound right. Your adsense income should have tax deductions abroad and you are suppose to report it to the BIR subject to tax equalization (i.e local tax due less tax paud abroad) so you can prove to the bank that you have a steady flow of income. Credit card and bank statements are not sufficient enough for bank loan purposes unless un nga "gawan ng paraan".

Same. Nasa 4xx,xxx na rin ako monthly although CPA/CPI/PPV ang earnings ko and not from adsense. Wala rin akong ITR, kasi bayad na sa US ung tax ko, if I'm correct kasi ung kinuwa nilang W8 tax form ung pinepresent nla sa itr board nla. Sa case ko naman, ginawang co maker yung father ko and pinakita ko lang ung bank statements + paypal to bank transactions ko approve na.

hi everyone, in relation to this. I just want to ask lang din po. I eagerly want to own a car right now. kahit 2nd hand. mga 500k-600k ang worth. or hanggang 10k ang monthly amortization. The situation is, I don't think my salary is enough to warrant a car loan from any banks considering that I also have credit card backlogs, if my brother and I combine our monthly salaries it will total to 50k. is this enough to present to any lending inst what do you think?

    or im

    Thank you po!

mod im sorry for my post

damn you! to say na para kang ofw!!!!! ofw are tax exempt for 2 reasons:

1-since they are being taxed already by a foreign govenment (if not they will still not be taxed here ex. brunei )
2- they need to remit to the Philippines a specific portion of their salary/income (if not they will be taxed here)- same reason why our economy remains stable despite of mismanagement dahil sa dollar or other foreign currency reserves natin na pinapadala nila

necessary paper work also applies(like need to inform the bir you will be out of the country for a specifc amount of time, seamans book etc etc.)

you earn your income here you received your income here!(and you work here) you are taxed from within and without since you are a filipino kahit sa america pa or zimbabwe ka pa sumweldo ay kailangan ka mabuwisan! kupal mukhs ka!

even an if a filipino employee was given a chance by his company to work in the states for training or whatever reason(or business trip for months) he is still not considered an ofw but he will be subject to tax credit only(manny pacman pacquiou -best example- end you will not be credited 100 percent hence may babaywaran ka pa din)

TAX EVADER- MAS MALALA PA SA MAGNANAKAW NG BUWAYA NA TONGRESSMAN

Puro photocopies ng cheques na tinatanggap ko annually & monthly + Bills ng bahay lang yung binigay ko dati noong nagapply ako for my vios. Approved agad (DP ko is 45% tapos 18 months).

I think pwede yan as long as magawan nila ng paraan at mapakita mo talaga na kaya mo magbayad.

dapat may itr, certificate of employment, billing statement,,, pero bago lahat kausapin dapat ang SA at sabihin ang status mo dahil sila ang gagawa ng paraan para ma approve ang loan,,, and they are expert in that field,,,i was approved by many banks expect ko nga ma dedecline ako eh pero yun nga agawan pa sila..
