Late Insurance Claim Possible?

Ask ko lang if pwede akong mag claim sa insurance if yung accident is nangyari nung July 2011. Bali nung July 2011, Pioneer pa yung insurance ko..kaso nag lapse na yung insurance nung July and the bank autorenew the insurance to another company - Peoples General Insurance.

Pwede ba akong mag claim sa Peoples General? Nakuha ko na yung requirements for claiming from the offending party or naka bangga sa car ko.. Im not sure if valid pa bang i-submit ito sa bagong insurance ko? Appreciate the feedback. Thanks!

technically, its not valid since the warranty period of your new insurance does not coincide with your claim. but you can claim with your current insurance, just declare it as own damage.
