June 24th, 2018 07:56 PM #42Check also the terms and conditions of your insurance... baka nakalagay dun kung kelan talaga effictivty date... is it the stipulated date of insurance coverage kahit late payment or upon payment date yung effectivity...

June 24th, 2018 09:10 PM #43you verify the following:
1) the period of your coverage. whether the date of accident (June 18) is within the validity period of the insurance contract.
2) you check the previous insurance contract if it grants you grace period within which to renew it.
note:
after verifying all these things, you go back here so that we can talk what to do next.
so namomoroblema ako ngayon kasi baka ma reject ako ng insurance company kailangan ko ipalit yung date sa police blotter at manconvince yung nabangga ko na ipalit statement kung papayag sya at yung pulis. hays what to do?

August 30th, 2018 10:09 AM #45Guys need your opinion on claiming VTPL-Property Damage with BPI MS Insurance.
The third party asked us to pay for the repaint and repair through cash settlement.

Got in an accident. Turning left ako to a food place when this pastry shop delivery truck hit my right tail light and bumper. No one got hurt, fortunately.
Insured kami pareho. Tama ba na 1 of us has to file quit claim? If they file quit claim papano yung damage sa kanila?
We didn't file police report and noob me didn't get the plate number nor photo of the driver's dl. Got dashcam footage pero blurry yung plate number. Nakausap ko naman HR nila and they seem cooperative.

Make sure may backup ka nung footage from the dashcam. Just in case lang baligtarin nila ang sitwasyon.

Depende sa insurance mo yan. Kung magkakilala kayo and buddy buddy nung insurance company ok lang yan.
Syempre pupuntahan ng insurance “adjuster” yung kotse to assess the damage and ask a few questions. Trained sila to detect kung totoo ba yung case mo or niloloko mo lang sila para maka claim lang.

Buhay na buhay ang BGC this evening. Bukas halos lahat ng restaurants. Sabi pa nung isang cashier...
