Insurance claim for stolen car

I live in a place where there is limited parking so most of the time iniiwan ko na lang sa guard yung susi pag naka double park. If maisipan ng guard to just flee with the car, does that constitute car theft and can I claim sa insurance ko?

yes. pero may mga supporting documents yan like police report, etc.....

Naalala ko yung carwash ng tropa ko. Connected siya sa isang Korean brand na casa.
May nagpa detailing na recovered from carnap na van sa kanya na puro putik at may kaunting blood stains sa likod ng loob ng van. Tingin ko hindi rin pinalitan agad ng insurance yun. Dahil nakita ko sa loob yung police report 2009 pa na carnap. 2012 na recover.

what the heck? 3 yrs na hindi pa paid out? If I were in the owner's position I would not accept a car with blood stains naobvious ginamit na kasamaan at siguradong laspag na yan.

Never knew the true story behind. Kasi dinala ng Casa sa car wash nila for full detailing. And na recover pala ung van na nakalubog sa putikan. Hindi kaya pina detail ng insurance para ibenta ulit yun?

Hindi naman siguro ginamit sa kasamaan, baka may pasahero lang na hirap mag-English. :D

Pero likewise, I wouldn't accept it even after detailing knowing the scenario it went through (i.e. recovered sa putikan).

To add. Medyo palyado na yung starex na yun. Kasi nung kinuha yun dalawang mechanic ng casa kasama ng driver
