as ninja says, "self accident" claim. just make a notarized statement to the effect.
take pictures, in case you are asked for photographs of the bumper (you) and the bumpee-victim (the flower box).

Call the insurance company bro. tanong mo san pwede ipasa pics ng accident, and file ng claim. Sa bpi ms kasi, pinadala sa adjuster at dun narin nag fillup ng form (affidavit). Sa akin ito una ko gawa. Took pics, called insurance company, went to casa (got an estimate), then adjuster. Not sure sa ibang insurance. bro.

^thats correct, report the incident to your insurance provider (while parked unattended your car was damaged), its beyond the realm of the cops
