As was pointed out, wala pa sa rough estimate ni *confused shoes ang toll at parking.

Para sa akin conservative din yung sa gasoline. Closer to 3k siguro dahil mahal ngayon ang gas at traffic kahit saan, kaya mga dalawang full tank kada buwan (1.5k x 2).

Wala pa dyan ang basic car care. Either bayad sa carwash (plus tip) o bibili ng gamit na panlinis. Air freshener, na consumable din, ilang hundreds din yun.

Sabihin na natin na nasa 20k ballpark. Posible naman...if the guy lives at home and does not need to spend on anything else. Not even on savings or personal insurance or investments.

Another scenario, maybe the parents spent for a sizeable downpayment. Large enough so that the monthly amort is around 5k or less.

But please, do enlighten us if we are wrong in our computations and assumptions
