Yep yung printing ng info sa license card manual pa din ineencode. Hindi direct from database yung printing. Kaya nagkakaroon ng errors.

Tapos pag nagkamali sila papapuntahin ka sa branch na may ability mag edit ng database.

Balak ko sana isabay na sa rehistro sa october yung pagayos ng CR.

Usually sa nilagay mo na Address mo nung kinuha mo koche. Ako taga san juan noon, kaya sa san juan ako pumunta. nakalagay din yun sa ibibigay ng bank sayo na release letter.

Ginawa ko to last March kasi need na ibenta ng kotse.

1. Get documents from the bank (release of chattel mortgage, original OR/CR, others) - will take 10-15 days? Sa head office din ba kukunin ito or we can request to pick it up from a specified branch? Are there fees needed to be paid? - Paid mga 200-250 sa bank to get release of chattel docs. Parang courier fee daw kasi from San Pablo pa yun bank and nagrequest ako na ideliver sa Muntinlupa. Brought last 2 receipts of monthly payment din. Also got the yellow CR with encumbered mark.

2. Proceed to the Registry of Deeds to submit the release documents and get the cancellation of encumbrance - will take 1+days? Fees? Can this be submitted by another person if pwede ipalakad? - went to Calamba RD and brought release of chattel, or and cr tapos paid mga 800+ pesos. Ang bilis lang after 40mins tapos na ako and may cancellation form na.

3. Once RD has provided the cancellation form, we can then proceed to LTO to request for a clean copy of the OR/CR. Do I still need to go to HPG to get clearance? - went to LTO munti after. Unfortunately, nakapagregister na ako early March kaya the LTO attendant advised me na isabay ko na lang yun pagremove ng encumbered next registration para hinde na ako gumastos. Nabenta ko na yun kotse and just gave the form to the new owner. Sabi ko na lang sila na maglakad since papalipat naman nila pangalan sa kanila.

Applicable lang ba yun steps mentioned kun may nakalagay na encumbered sa CR mo? In house ang car loan ko pero thru BPI din and afaik, wala nakalagay na encumbered sa CR ko. Matatapos ko na loan in 3 months time.

In my case, which is similar din po sa mga naghuhulog ng sasakyan, is copy lang po ang binibigay nila ng C.R. at hinde naka indicate sa copy ang “encumbered”.

Nun nakuha ko na yun original documents from the bank, meron nakalagay na “encumbered” dun sa original na C.R.
