Be Aware and Share to Warn Others About SM Supermarket

So my wife did a quick grocery at SM Supermarket Ayala Center last Jan.4, 218 and bought 4 basic items. Out of the 4, two items were priced higher by 5pesos each shelf price vs. POS. One item my wife bought was Gardenia bread, which has a price on its plastic clip, so SM can’t cheat on that. So from the 3 items where they can cheat, she got cheated on two items! That’s 66.6% cheating rate!!

Well the SM supervisor said they have not yet updated their price on the shelves! Oh come on!! So it means when SM raises it prices, it’s by 5pesos??!!

As retribution, my wife asked the SM supervisor to announce on the PA system to caution customers to be vigilant about possible price difference on the shelf vs. POS. Of course they did not do it and continued to cheat the customers while we were complaining.

SM continues to cheat Filipinos out of their hard earned money even though they were repeatedly exposed on social media already.

DTI please do something!!!

Bro. from SouthVille Exit of BF, turn right to J.Aguilar, then turn left to Naga Rd.

Gas station is about 200 meters from that intersection.

Matagal na nilang ginagawa yan, pati sa Waltermart, I don't know if it's because they were bought by SM. One time a lady grocer in front of me complained that the potato chips she bought was so many pesos less based on the shelf price vs the scanner. Minsan mahiyain yung cashier at i-scan yung bar code na binunot sa shelf.
