After talking to our suking bpi family br manager, bpi ms insurance fastrack our claim. LOA was released before the deadline i set. Yes, our insurance is still with bpi ms

I am with BPI MS for the 5th year now. Since wala pa akong claims for the past 4 years kaya di ko masabi kung ok ba sya. Ang advantage lang I can pay it using my BPI CC 12 months 0% interest. For a 4 years old Fortuner G AT, I paid 20k+.

I've been with BPI MS for almost 5 years now. It's my first time to file for a claim and I filed 2. One claim got approved but they want me to pay for 2 participation because damage is 2 panels even if it's just from a single incident. The other claim was own damage and was denied, saying it was due to my negligence. It's been 7 days since I filed btw. So yeah, BPI MS sucks for me.
