    I have no issue with bpi family (dalaga pa wife ko cliente na sya ng bpi family), collateral damage lang sila because of their tie up with bpi ms.

    BPI MS will claim from them if they are at fault ... and if you claimed from BPI MS ... regardless of whether you settled privately with them ... if you signed a quit claim document, then BPI MS will not pay for the repair your vehicle ...

    Kung di lang naka loan sa BPI vios ko, d na ako mag aavail neto. Sobrang hirap tawagan ang customer service, kahit sa simpleng inquiry lang!

    Check your contract. I know u can get another Insurance company and it’s not exclusive to bpi ms

    i think it's considered wear and tear.
    but if it can be argued as premature wear and tear, that should be in the realm of the three-year vehicle warranty... right?
