April 28 - submitted the required forms and shop estimate to BPI
May 3 - inspector called
May 5 - pending pa din ynug approval as they are still trying to negotiate with the dealer/repair shop
Hello tanong ko lang po naging process nyo sa bpi ms for total loss po.
Nagbigay na po sila ng cheque para mabayaran yung balance sa bank.
Pero may matitira pang amount and yun daw mapupunta saken.
Sabe nila asikasuhin muna daw yung papers ng kotse sa banko and submit sa kanila.
Bago irelease yung excess.

Good morning mga sirs, may tanung lang ako . nabangga kasi ako ng Honda City, Nung Sep 29,2025. then amidanado naman yung driver na kasalanan nya which pa left turn ako naka signal lights na ako. then 80km yung takbo nya, tumama sa likod. which is basag yung tail light salikod sa right , tapos malaking gas gas sa right din. as in buong panel ng rights sa rear bumper. tapos kompleto naman ako may police report, meron yung license nung naka bangga sakin. tapos after a day mga 4days , nakipag settled naman yung tao sakin which is 30k yung binayad. ang gusto nya pa nga insurance kasu sabi ko abala dahil na cancel yung lakad namin nung nabangga ako. tapos ayun na claim ko naman yung 30k na binigay nya. pero ang ang balak ko sana is ipasok na sya sa insurance dahil mag bakasyon ako this coming dec. at maiiwan yung sasakyan. mahahabol ko pa ba yung insurance claim ko . pero bago naman sasakyan ko 3months palang. this Nov. any suggestion mga sirs?
Pero, hindi ako yung humingi ng 30k, yung naka bangga. so it is possible to claim my insurance or sila mag pagawa. kahit naka pag settled na yung tao.

yung naka bangga yung nag bigay samin ng 30k. which is ok naman ako sa insurance claim kasu abala tlga. dhail every ko gamit ang sasakyan ko. which i have the reason.
Ibalik mo yung 30k tapos ipasok mo ng insurance, dahil 3 months palang unit mo sayang warranty pag pinagawa mo sa labas ng Honda(?).
Cons nga lang ikaw babayad sa participation fee mo dahil insurance to insurance nayan, and Im sure weeks to months ang abala nyan.
Or kunin mo 30k, ipagawa mo sa magaling na talyer sobra pa 30k mo, may 1.5k na per panel na pulido ang gawa.
Ang mahal lang dyan ay yung signal lights na nabasag kung original ipapalit mo.
At isa lang kausap mo , yung body repair shop.

Let the insurance do their due deligence if may nangyaring settlement or wala, which is wala namang proof na nasettle na kayo.
At least may chance na papasok sa insurance, if hindi ma approve, wala naman siguro mawala sa yo.
