September 8th, 2012 12:05 AM #36Basic requirements to be submitted in case of claim against your own damage coverage:
1. Affidavit and/or police report especially if it involves a third party
2. Certificate of registration and the OR
3. Your drivers license and the OR
4. Pictures of the damage portions plus one long shot showing the plate
5. Estimate
Some insurers may also require stencil of chassis/engine.
Kung magclaclaim ka naman sa insurance ng nakabangga sa iyo, aside from the five listed above (except for the affidavit, na manggagagaling sa nakabangga sa yo) , you will also need to submit to them a Certificate of No claim coming from your insurance company. Yung nakabangga sa iyo naman ay kailangan ding magsubmit ng Affidavit/police report, CR/OR and DL/OR.

September 8th, 2012 07:19 AM #37Thanks Derf8666 for clarification.

Or if you wanna help your kabarangay further, pwede mo ring ipagawa sa mga talyer na lang. Sa totoo lang ha, work in a good talyer could equal or sometimes be better than in casa. If you have a car, you should really befriend a talyer owner nearby para to take care of your car regularly. It will only be at a fraction of a cost compared sa casa. Nakita naman natin yung estimate pinost ni sky, 17k for repair and repaint of a bumper pero pag sa labas yan it will only be about 3k-5k.

If wala siyang compre, then no choice ka but to claim dun sa insurance mo but you have to pay participation.
Nacheck mo na ba policy mo? Ito bali ang basic coverage ng compre:
1. Own damage/theft - insurance will cover damages to your car due to an accident, malicious damage, theft
2. Voluntary TPL - body injury and property damage. Insurance will pay for any injuries/damages as a result of an accident caused by you to a third party person or property
May optional na coverage like
AOG (acts of god or acts of nature), damages caused by natural calamities, like typhoon earthquake flood, etc
Personal accident - injuries or death to the driver and/or passengers of the unit
And of course yung CTPL, yung ginagamit sa pangrehistro ng sasakyan. Coverage is up to 100k but covering only injuries/death to third parties.
