so true, pag magaling kang tumingin or may trusted mechanic ka, minsan suswertehin ka makakuha ng mura pero 'fresh' pa na unit.

ok mga repossessed basta lang at least 2-3 years saka low mileage, bring a mechanic din.

psbank allows test drive. tapos formality lang bidding. pansin ko mabenta mga adventure nila. me type ko dun kaso after 1 week nakuha na...medyo comparative naman sya sa market although dapat mas mababa dahil di naman yun maintained

provide mga at most 20% for additional maintenance/detailing etc..

Guys, I am from Bicol. Anyone can help me get a good mechanic to join me when looking at the vehicle? THanks. It would be better if we could go in groups so that we can get the most of the time and share ideas too? More heads and eyes are a lot better than just one. As they say.

I am planning to do that this January as I would like to buy an AUV or starex van in the 1st quarter. Yeah, I will have it car loaned.

ANy takers? Lets go in groups. Say January 24, 2008. Saturday. Lets go to PSBANK, BPI and which ever warehouse we agree on.

    Thanks

Seems most of the repossessed cars are located in MManila area. I looked into the cars of PSBank, BDO.

I'm far from the kitchen. Mahirap maka-avail nito. I find the prices quite reasonable pa naman.

I should be glad kung ang mga repo cars ay nasa Davao Area lang since I'm from Gensan. Any tsikoteers who can point out banks in Davao City with Repo cars?

Tanong lang, when buying bank repossessed cars, may taxes pa bang babayaran like capital gains tax similar sa pagbili ng foreclosed properties? I am seriously considering this kasi napansin ko maraming lumalabas na auction announcements lately from BPI, Unionbank, RCBC Savings Bank, etc. tapos a friend of mine tried to buy and sell bank repo cars at kumita naman siya.

Last Sunday lang sa Manila Bulletin dalawang auction announcements ang nakita ko from BPI and RCBC.

No capital gains tax. But, I think there is VAT due on the sale of the vehicle, even if it is repossessed.
