nila i cover ang AOG? Kung hindi, sinungaling kausap mo.
4rth get yourself a real agent. Unless your casa is a licensed insurance agent you should
not buy from them.
whose insurable interest are they trying to protect anyway?Last edited by mark_t; January 10th, 2009 at 05:29 PM.

In this case call the head office of your insurer and demand a certified
true copy of your official receipt to make sure that premiums have been paid.
Pretend you have lost your official receipt, you can ask a family member
to do this for you. It seems to me you are dealing with a sub agent.
Always trust but always verify.

February 14th, 2009 09:10 PM #28Guys question, kung may acts of god insurance ang car ko tapos nabaha ako at na damage ang engine block (like nabutas, crack, etc.), then the only way to fix this is to have the engine block replaced, sasagutin ba ng insurance ng buo yung bagong engine block?
Kasi I have a friend na naka Focus, nabaha daw sya and pinasok yung engine nya. Naputol mga conrods and nabutas engine block nya. Ayun wala sya insurance and 150k daw ang new engine block.
This got me worried lang. Thanks in advance guys!

Maybe what you mean is a short block which is basically an new or rebuilt
engine minus the starter motor, alternator, oil pan and the cylinder head
cover.
Hindi sya sasagutin ng buo, you will pay for the depreciation depending
on the age of your vehicle. for example 60% sa iyo and 40% sa insurance
on a 3 year old car. But if is total loss then it is another story.
that may be, but we all got plastic, young and old. we asked the lto guy, "papel ba po, o...
