    1. Accidents - although mitigated by insurance, kung wala kang sasakyan wala kang maaaksidente.
    2. Free Rides - how can you say no to your sibling or byenan na hirap mag commute sa malayong lugar dahil sa katandaan o physical condition. Ang masaklap sa iyo lahat ng gastos like gas, toll, and parking tapos tutulugan ka lang sa byahe.
    4. Upgradeditis - no further explanation needed. Kung wala tsikot, wala upgrade cost.
    5. Huli - Kung walang tsikot, walang huli. :police:

Unit and Ownership Cost - approx. 25K per year for the first 5 years
Safety and Convenience of Wifey and Son - Priceless :marriage::baby:

    Eto brod:

Monthly Maintenance Cost = 8K+ (based on post #5 in this thread)
Monthly Amortization and Down Payment spread over 5 years = 15K (may company subsidy ako, pero kung wala eto yung dapat kong bayaran)
Expected maintenance cost in the future = approx 2K per month (major PMS, aircon, rubber, battery, upgrades, etc)
Total : around 25K per month
