Was watching Studio 23 just now and this product was featured in the program "Thumbs Up".

Based on their explanation, the device provides DRY FUEL. They attach it to the intake manifold. KHAOS! The claim "pinapabilis sasakyan, pinapatipid, at mawawala usok". They even said that if you have a small displacement vehicle like a 1.3, install this and you have the power of a 3.5!!!
