Thank you FLYING V for taking care of my Mitsubishi Lancer 2010. Since I bought my car in 2011, FLYING V gasoline was my personal choice. Till now my car is in very good condition having travel such a longest time to Bicol to Cagayan for several times already using Flying V unleaded gasoline. Very economical and thanks to Valvoline additives.

"if it can not be quantified with numbers, it is probably psychological."

hi sir *dr. d, numbers show identical to what i had with either Shell 95RON or Seaoil's 97RON. Right, might be psychological but I did not feel/experience that delayed response / lag with my Mirage CVT. I tried to replicate the issue i was having back then when i gassed up with Phoenix 98 (e.g mag-aaccelerate ng around 60-80 kph then let go of the gas pedal kaso dun ko madalas maramdaman yung lag na sinasabi ko) so far so good...first full tank palang so i can't tell yet, maybe placebo but i will take it, anytime! ;)

95RON fuel required for both my cars with turbo engines. Tried 97RON but felt no difference.

sir *Egan101, mukang patunay nga ito na kahit same ang engine/model ng mga oto naten, iba-iba padin ang taste pagdating sa gas...hahaha! had my 2015 Mirage Hatch CVT at Shell 95RON /Seaoil 97RON gamit ko at never ko na-experience yun pero sa 2016 G4 CVT ko, madalas especially pag need ko mag-accelerate again from 20-30 kph.

Yung importante is sundin mo yung recommended RON based sa owner's manual ng kotse mo. Kung 91RON lang naman yung minimum requirement, no need to load it with 95RON or higher.

I do notice that small engines (less than 2L) don't offer much difference in performance if you load it with higher RON when only 91RON is required (like for Honda's L15 engine). For bigger engines, I did notice something. With my old Accord 2.3L, even though 91RON is the minimum, it feels more responsive on the highway when loaded with 95RON. RPMs are 10% lower on triple digit speeds when using 95RON compared to 93 or 91 RON.

Hi. I tried to back read but can't find a specific answer. Sorry if this is a repeat inquiry.

Saying I wasn't given the owner's manual -- what fuel would you suggest for a Toyota Innova G 2.0 (2005) matic? I'm a fairly new driver and this will be my first car so I want to be as knowledgable as possible when taking care of my future ride.

    Thank you very much.

For my Altis, PTT Gasoline 97RON. Good thing, PTT pump price is lower than the big 3 (Shell, Petron and Caltex) in our area. Ang kapareho nya sa price is SeaOil, Unioil.
