So it means next year(2009) mandatory na ang pag gamit ng biofuel although 5% lang muna for the year 2009-2010. Last week nag try na ko mag fill up ng Petron E10 sa chevy spark ko, so far so good... mas smooth are ride although same ang FC sa regular unleaded gas.... but its P1.50 cheaper!

Sa mga di sigurado o ayaw gumamit ng biofuel, next year siguradong gagamit na kayo nito....

Vehicles equipped with carburetors may experience problems with E10 whether from Shell, Petron, Caltex, TOTAL, PTT, Unioil, etc. E10 is not recommended for engines with carburetors as it may "corrode" parts of the carburetor itself.

For most newer cars with fuel injected engines, E10 is not a problem but you may have to check with the car manufacturer to verify just to be safe.

Some gasoline stations in the metro are all E10 blended na.

Better check the pump before filling up.
