IMO.. best engines in the world.. hindi naman galing japan.. its made in European countries like Wartzila, MTU, Deutz, Moteurs Baudouin.... Even japan and US submarines.. uses MTU engines.. pati navy battleships

Yung deutz engine lang familiar ako dyan hehe. Yung genset ko kasi deutz engine surplus ko nabili. Yung ibang mga china truck ngayon na weichai engine. Design ng deutz mga engine nila.

how much do these engines cost, compared to the japanese equivalent, if any?

Yung howo single differential nasa 2.5m ata wd615 weichai 370hp. Nag hino single na lang kami na japan 3.350m. Mas malakas daw kasi humila hino baka kasi mabitin sa bundok yung howo. Nasa 35tons hihilain 30kl na gasoline. Last summer nag tanong pa ako sa faw wp10 engine bigay nila 2.3m basta walang bir receipt.
