    I need your thoughts. A Phoenix petroleum gas station was put up near our area which sells their diesel at 28.60 pesos per liter. Its the lowest priced diesel in our area. Ok ba diesel nila compared to Shell, Petron, Caltex and Unioil? Their website does not give a description other than they are a Mindanao based oil player.

    Phoenix Euro4 Diesel will arrive by October 2015.
