Well... even if you got everyone to stop buying gas here... guess what?

With the huge Chinese and Indian market, the oil companies won't notice a thing. They'd just shift the inventory that they're not selling here over to the Chinese market. It'd get used up in a day.

And the small players buy gas from the big players... you're hurting certain retail outlets... but the big monopolies behind oil prices will still be there. Still be rich. And still unmoved.

Stick it to the gas companies? Buy a bike. Let the Chinese buy cars, let's all go HPV (Human powered Vehicles) and make the Philippines a better place.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

In the whole scheme of things the RP market isn't that big compared to the US, China, India, etc. Besides the RP prices are still one of the lowest around the world.

As of March and April based on $1=Php41.91 exchange rate

(M)Germany $8.60 per gallon or Php95.21 per liter
    (A)Norway $9.16 or Php101.41
    (A)Romania $6.32 or Php69.97
    (A)Hong Kong $7.56 or Php83.82
    (A)Canada $4.35 or Php48.16
    (M)Iceland $8.06 or Php89.24

Of course if you want cheap gas you can move to Venezuela or any of the oil producing countries in the Middle East.

    this will not work.
for one, the prices of fuel is due to the demand globally, not just locally.
