Additives are closely guarded company secrets. You shouldn't confuse that with the mandatory ethanol content in the Biofuel law.
It is just coincidental that the new additive that they are using are closely derived also from the sources of biofuels.
As of now, the ethanol component is not mandatory since gasoline companies are still developing local ethanol producing facilities.

anyways...i tried using V-power now...its pretty pricey!!! but i am actually quite happy...mas ok kesa yun bagong XCS...any feedbacks on v power?

Grabe, bagsak mileage ko sa new XCS. I calculated my mileage on my third fill of the new XCS and I found out my mileage for the past two full tanks was bad compared to the previous type of XCS.
Any suggestions on another fuel type? Will I go for Caltex Gold with Techron or Petron Blaze? Pangit experience ko sa Shell V-power (Velocity). Ubusin ko lang fill ng new XCS then hanap ako pamalit. Sana ibalik nila yung old XCS.
