Pagpinasa na at pinirma na ang "biofuels bill" by October-December, expect na may automatic na P1-P2 rollback.

I have nothing directly against bio-fuels. The problem is some bio-fuels are more expensive than their petroleum based equivalents, example gasoline. Since our government wants to promote them, they want to make sure it sells at a lower price (than normal fuels). Usually its a tax reduction or tax-break and I think that's fine. But sometimes the government would subsidize the cost and that is where I find it wrong since taxpayers end up paying for the "cheaper" bio-fuel fuel.
