all i've got to say is that even though they use one of those "modern day vehicles" that use less fuel or from alternative resources, they still have to pay a lot of their amneties.

Mayroon akong dagdag:
Beepers/bongers - a beep for the seatbelt, a beep for the door, a beep for the lights when the engine's not running, a beep for everything! Why does the car have to go BEEP BEEP BEEP everytime somebody opens the door to get off?! And there's no way to turn the goddamn beep off. So if they can put on all these beeps why do we only have one light for the engine? Recent car models started to throw away the temperature gauge for an idiot light. Why oh why do the car manufacturers have to tell us the obvious?! I want to know if the engine is about to blow up, not when the door is open!

I did have one pet peeve, but automakers have given up on it... the "digital reminder"... it was really irritating to hear: "The door is ajar... the door is ajar... the door is ajar..."
Hello? The car isn't moving? Do we really need to know that while we're parked?
And complicated stereos... I absolutely LOATHE head-units with teeny tiny buttons.

Remote start - Get your lazy butt out there and start the thing yourself. Idling isn't good for the engine, and most of them warm up so quickly that they're blowing hot air out of the heater within a few blocks. If it's a hot day, roll down the windows to help the air conditioning get going. It's not rocket science, folks.
heehee, enuf said about the 'socially-conscious' celebrities :bwahaha:
