while in europe i observed their gasoline prices was around 1.10 to 1.20 euros per liter. with current rate of 63pesos = 1euro, that would be around 69.30 to 75.60 pesos per liter!

Slowly but surely, tatas ang presyo ng langis. lalo na na pag lakas ng demand para dito. Wala tayong control dito.

Makakatulong siguro sa atin ang pag taas ng piso at pag baba ng demand para sa langis.

Yup... 2004 pa. 3 years after hindi nag materialize ang 50-60 peso gasoline price "increase" daw.

40+pesos na rin gasoline ngayon.d na malayo mag-50 rin yan. Ang full tank noon araw d aabot ng 1k. Ngayon na sa 2-3k na ang full tank.

Siguro it will take a major supply disruption to bump up prices to
P 50 in a span of one year or so.

But come to think of it, just 5 years ago, a liter of regular gas was
at P 25/liter.

May malay na ako when gas was P0.30 a liter. That was before
the first Arab Oil embargo. There was widespread howls of woe
when gas reached P1.00 per liter. I was a small boy when the 2nd
arab oil embargo happened. I went with my Dad to line up for
hours just for gas. I remember there was gas rationing. They gave
us gas ration coupons. That was the era na nawala na parang bula
lahat ng de-ochong American cars
