I usually fill up at my suki caltex station using gold but once i had a chance to fill into a different caltex station (using gold also) nag iba yung takbo ng kotse ko. mas maingay yung engine ( it think mga valves yun) and mahina hatak. me possiblity kaya na may halo ito na lower rating like silver nila?
From that time never na ako nag pa gas doon.

anyone who had a similar experience?

Yup... gas quality can vary wildly from station to station.

I once filled up on diesel at a Shell station in Marikina... and the truck we filled got a check engine light the next day from water contamination...

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Happened to my brother in-law. And it was diesel, too. But the Crosswind survived the episode.

Thats my reason why i dont fill at Caltex station......
Ewan ko po, skin kasi iba takbo ng engine ko pag caltex gas ang load ko.....
parang ang lagkit ng takbo / i need to press more on the pedal.......
(so unless walang-wala na at caltex lang available, load lang ako konti...umabot lang sa susunod na gas station)
