Mostly pag nag-subside na ang init sa hapon yun na ang start, then pag medyo mataas na araw sa umaga yun nman ang cut off. Pero mas effective sa umaga kasi the whole night nag-normalize ang ambient temperature at ground temperature.
Find your time bro, between 10pm to 8am is my advice.
Importante kasi bro yung temperature difference during the whole day, dun tayo sa lowest temperature is the ideal time for refuelling.

Ok pa rin yun kasi meron delay ang "heat transfer" para mag expand agad ang fuel. Hwag lang 3pm lalo na pag tirik talaga ang araw, lugi ka nun sa gasolinahan

totoo bang makaka save ng 1 liter per tank using shell fuel save compared to other gas station? or marketing strategy lang ito?

Mathematically, doesn't make sense. Since different car fuel tank have their respective capacity, 30, 40, 60, 77... Then, 1li for each tank regardless of capacity? It's unfair!

Mechanically, its a fallacy. Fuel injection sprayed fuel by volume to piston displacement accordingly, unless they gave me extra liter of fuel which I can use for extra kilometers!

My experience doesn't agreed. If there is, I cannot sense. Maybe its very very very negligible!

Chemically, maybe. But they need to make fuel viscosity a little bit sticky to reduce fuel velocity. In that sense, you can save but HP will be reduced!

For Me, "its a benefit of the doubt" until they have scientific proof. Then, I can say yes.

Its your turn bro, do you believe?

    *500 pesos of diesel (basta diesel max/ shell fuel save) * 45.55/l= 10.9x L

pag tipid mode ako-- following the 50km-red marker ng speedometer on the city, 75-90kph on highway, no abrupt accelerations, maintained *1200-1500 rpm, my carens can go 80kms-city, up to 150-170kms highway... 110-120km mixed city-highway.

pag hataw mode (maximizing the power band and hearing the tires screech when exiting a u-turn-slot, max rev * manual mode)-- city- 50kms, highway- 100kms.

    with idling (20 minutes -1 hour total)--- 30kms-city, 80-90kms-highway

in summary, speed and rpm varies with vehicle model: engine power band, gearing, weight, etc... una sa lahat know your car's character, especially how it deliver power and accelerate. in my case, max torque of the engine ng carens ko attains at 1800 rpm, and * 1200-1500 gives decent torque to accelerate.

to summarize my experience--na sa tingin ko ay "general rule"

    1. In the highway, cruise at slightly above your car's engine idle speed,

    2. In the city, always accelerate briskly.. maximum engine rpm should never exceed 1/2 to 2/3 of the engine's safe rev-range.

    Amazing features!

I have use both Petron diesel maxx and Shell Fuelsave diesel. I compare it for 6 months (3 months Petron & 3 months Shell). The difference is almost negligible. At the end of 3 months, almost same lang ang binayad ko sa diesel using Petron & Shell considering that they have the same price/li. So, I guess this is more on advertising or a marketing strategy to lure consumers imho.
