mas ok ba magbrake when in gear or when in neutral? halimbawa medyo downhill or the traffic ahead comes to a stop.

pero when it comes to fuel consumption, brake fluid, etc., pareho lang sila?

mas matipid kapag naka-neutral kasi makakapag-coast ka ng malayo. ako usually in a down slope, kapag maluwag ung traffic sa baba, naka-neutral ako. pero pag medium to heavy traffic, engaged ung gears tapos middle pa lang nung slope nag-break na ko just to be safe.

thank u sir. kala ko may effect sa wear & tear or break fluid ang pagbreak either neutral or on gear. :D

basta sir wag galing from neutral tapos engage mo ung gears to "engine break". yun ata ang nakaka-sira ng transmission at engine lalo na pag maling gear ung ginamit at hinde swabe ung pag-release ng clutch. remember ang engine ay hinde designed to stop your car.

check nyo rin sir ung engine rev matching.

This is fuel gain technique; make a habbit of refuelling in the morning rather in the afternoon because we buy fuel by volume & not by mass. In the morning, fuels have more mass with less volume due to thermal contraction. Unlike in the afternoon, you buy expanded volume of fuel due to thermal expansion!

It is about half liter per 20liter you have lost if you refuel in the afternoon.
