let say we have mitsu adventure with R14 195 tires or R14 205 tires.
same grip/design and psi.
will the 205 (wider) consume more fuel?

Theoretically, yes higher fuel consumption.. the wider tires will have more rolling resistance.
How much? ... it will be more but the level maybe almost the same (not much / significant).
FYI.. here are some pros and cons for wider tires
Pros:
- Better handling
- Aesthetically better
Cons:
- Higher road noise
- Higher fuel consumption
Well, I still stand to be corrected.
