How often does your car get serviced?

Diesel engines actually run on something like detonation. Have the car checked first (all the filters and the fuel injector specs)... and check your fuel (could have gotten a bad load).

Check the obvious and easy ones first - fuel filters, air filter, fuel tank screen if it has any, throttle/accelerator linkages, etc. Then proceed to more complicated stuff like the timing and recalibration.

thank you po sa mga info's niyo lahat po ng sinabi niyo ay ginawa ko na po like checking the filter,,air and fuel ,,hindi po nagalaw yung timing nito kasi po kapag nagpapagawa po ako sa casa binabantayan ko po and wala pa naman po ginagawa sa makina nun kasi MATIBAY ANG MAKINA NG 4D56 NATIN BASTA T.L.C: heheeh na experience ko lang naman po ito kapag mga 2-3months ko pong hindi napapa andar yung kotse kasi hindi po namin masyado ito ginagamit eh,,,OK PO BA YUNG PAG LAGAY NG TUBIG SA MUFFLER PARA MATANGAL YUNG CARBON DEPOSITS GINAAWA KO DIN PO KASI ITO HEHEHEHHE
