Thanks for the clarification sir. In this case, less din ang palit ng fuel filter...Just my 2 sentabos.

    Hi Initial-"Dito"

    I'm currently selling biodiesel.

I've sent you a PM for the prices in case you're interested.

    :regards:

psalm: sa mga b100 users na nag post sa Net the only problem they have is changing fuel line coz' eventually nag-le-leak. (BD is aggressive sa natural rubber)

For old cars, heard the improvement can be as much as 25%? Can anyone verify this?

    Gary,
Clarify ko lang. Ang ibig sabihin ng B100 ay 100% blend right? Kasi yung bd ko na kinukuha from chemerez ang nakalagay ay B100. Pero i'm just putting in 2% blend. Is this safe?

hmmmmn...interesting fuel. Expensive but worth it!

djerms: B100 is pure BD, not 100% blend coz' walang halo yun. In our case it's pure coconut methyl ester (CME). Tama yun note mo sa chemrez. That's B100 & if you put 1 liter of B100 to 10 liters of diesel fuel, B10 and tawag dun sa fuel na ginagamit mo or diesel fuel na may 10% pure biodiesel.

mad max: old cars, depende kasi sa kondisyon nung engine. Talagang better emissions ang benefits nyan and also good fuel lubricity.

Ah ok. Thanks for the clarification Gary. Kasi may narinig ako na May iba pang code ang BD from chemerez aside from B100 (which means na may mas less concentrated product pa sila am i right?).

Anyway, ilang liters ba nilalagay mo before sa trooper? Is 2 liter enought?

    TIA

eto actual demo I witnessed when I attended a conference on biodiesel sa Baguio about 2 yrs ago. Vehicle : a diesel-fed Kia sportage (ewan kung san nakuha, surplus siguro). Before loading with biodiesel, yung opacity reading ng emission tester , nasa 6.0 (or thereabouts). Then they disconnected the fuel line from the fuel tank and fed pure CME thru a funnel connected to the fule line. Revved the engines for a few minutes to get rid of the last traces of pure diesel, then they retested the opacity reading. It went down to around 2.6 - 2.7, still not passing the 2.5 maximum specs, but hey... that's already a 57% reduction from a few minutes use of pure biodiesel. And this was on an old/surplus diesel engine vehicle... Kia sportage diesel, wala naman dito sa pinas nyan.
