Biodiesel lowers toxic emissions, Seaoil, Flying V and Eastern sell biodiesel though the ones they sold used to be more expensive at 125/ltr, almost double the price of Senbel's Estrol brand at 66/ltr, but lately, there have been reports that the manufacturer of the Biodiesel that those 3 gas stations carry has lowered their price to 70/ltr (not sure if it's the current price being sold at these 3 stations though) If you're a first time user use a 20% blend, then after that 1 to 2% blend will do.
You can use biodiesel with any brand of diesel.

From EDSA northbound, right ka sa Main Avenue (kanto before Macro) tapos left ka sa pangatlong kanto. Yun ang 9th Avenue. You will see Tony Galvez Centrum to your right before reaching P. Tuazon.

If biodiesel are all the same, thus estrol is just the same effectiveness with bioactiv, why go for bioactiv, why not go for estrol? What's with bioactiv beyond the biodiesel itself? Packaging? Availability? Distribution network? Even if bioactive has lowered their price, they would still be slightly more expensive than estrol, di ba? Tanong lang, kasi at this point in time, we want to get the best deal for every hard earned peso.

IMO, it will depend on one's preference. If we will base it on regular-use blend where Bioactive recommends 1% compared to Senbel's 5%, it will appear that they are the same in terms of cost. In my case, AMR is near my home. I used to be a Senbel user but when AMR changed product, I also had to change the product that I use. Still, kung nasaan man ako at kinailangan ko ng BD, i will look for the nearest dealer. It wouldn't matter if it is Estrol or Bioactive.

My sentiments. Location of the available product is a big factor. I used to get Senbel from Glennster but he's been out of stock lately so now i also get Bioactiv from AMR in Cubao. I don't use it often on my pick-up though (around 2 - 3liters every 5,000kms or when i go out on a long trip).
