I may be wrong, (pls correct me if I am), the main advantage of newer lpg kits is that they maintain the factory settings of your ride. For example the ECU will not be bypassed by the new kits, instead it will be copied and maintained. By using manufacturers ECU settings, rough running, backfires and poorly tuned engines will be minimized. Another benefit is the seamless transition from gasoline to lpg and vice-versa. I heard that the older kits will sometimes shudder for a second or two during change over.

From what I understand, the kits from Naiadss uses the venturi principle. This is basically a mechanical way of controlling the air to gas ratio. The new kits uses its own ECU. This is more accurate but remember that if that ECU fails its going to be expensive to replace. Also naiadss do not have the proper equipment to tune your car.

I have no idea what system macro uses.
