userfriendly, pwede kaya pa tuned sa autogas power iyun car ko kahit hindi sa kanila pinakabit iyun device?![]()
Sir tanong lang, what if I have say a 2.3L engine now, then after so so years I want to get a 3.5L engine car, can I transfer the system readily? what mods will be made on the system to suite my displacement/car structure? Is this safe also if I dont have a separate trunk (e.g. SUV's) esp when someone is smoking? Thanks!
dunno where MACRO is located.
yup!diba Gh sa naiadss ka nagpa convert?
problems? well, typical talyer kind of stuff like you have to watch the installation so everything is cleaned up if they start screwing it up together. Make sure the wires are tied up and not hanging down, those kinds of thing.ok naman ba ung pagconvert ng auto mo? may mga probs ka na bang na encounter since nagpakabit ka?
Chances are you will need to revisit NAIADSS to retune your LPG kit.
ano ba ang advantages ng mas bagong lpg kits other than having newere parts and technologies? mas economical ba talaga compared to the older gens ng lpg kits like that of naiadss and macro?
I think it would be like describing the development of the fuel system for the gasoline engine from carburated systems to primitive fuel injection to multi-port injection to direct port injection to direct injection systems. They each had an increase in fuel efficiency and power delivery.
sir kaya yan f150 5.7 v8 bayan? yung injector na ini screw sa manifold na lalakihan butas nyan for different engine size.kaya theres a table for each engine size.then most probably dalawa gagamitin vaporizer kasi baka kapusin sa higher rpm. la naman problema engine parameters nyan may software din pang configurate ng orig na parameter tapos kino copy at transfered to the new lpg ecu.
the major parts could be moved but other stuff like the piping and wiring will need to be replaced. Also the LPG vaporizer has a rated flow capacity so a bigger engine might encounter fuel starvation if fitted with the vaporizer for a smaller engine. The same goes with the "mixer" which might not fit a different engine.
It is safe. Even the car is not air tight between the cabin to the trunk. In fact if you have ANY leak, it's already something very wrong and should be immediately by looked at and fixed. Is this safe also if I dont have a separate trunk (e.g. SUV's) esp when someone is smoking?
sir oo naman it could be transfered as long as same no of cylinder para no need to chage the no of solinoids/injector then kung bigger engine displacement, lalakihan lang butas nung screw type na nozzle sa manifold, ang ecu reprogramable, hey why botther transfering the kit.as survey you can still get a return of 50% from the lpg kit pag binenta mo car mo na may lpg kit na. di bah.ten buy your next car and fit the lates kit again
I may be wrong, (pls correct me if I am), the main advantage of newer lpg kits is that they maintain the factory settings of your ride. For example the ECU will not be bypassed by the new kits, instead it will be copied and maintained. By using manufacturers ECU settings, rough running, backfires and poorly tuned engines will be minimized. Another benefit is the seamless transition from gasoline to lpg and vice-versa. I heard that the older kits will sometimes shudder for a second or two during change over.
From what I understand, the kits from Naiadss uses the venturi principle. This is basically a mechanical way of controlling the air to gas ratio. The new kits uses its own ECU. This is more accurate but remember that if that ECU fails its going to be expensive to replace. Also naiadss do not have the proper equipment to tune your car.
I have no idea what system macro uses.
just to clarify :
may computer box din yung NAIADSS LPG kits nila, yung civic ko na install nila may seperate computer box
study first before buying!! Huwag mag pa sales talk sa mga tao,
natural they will claim na mas modern ang kits nila,
pero the rule of the thumb is tignan ninyo who is the dominant player,
lahat ng taxi fleets like avis go for NAIADSS, heck even GH and chuaed went for NAIADSS
ayt, thanks! gaano ba katagal ma install ang lpg kit?will it take me a whole day for them to finish the installation?
