yup...kasi kung within the metro lang ang dra drive-in, excess baggage lang yung spare tire since pag nabutasan ka, maitatakbo mo pa yung auto sa vulcanizing naman, and nasasayangan kasi ako sa space na kinakain ng tank sa likod e hehehe...ilalagay na lang yung spare tire sa likod if ever maga out of town.
good day,
Im driving a cefiro with v6, just want to know what kit best suit this type of engine. thanks
Thanks for the reply Ghost and ragsak, I just called david do from EROOM, he informed me that the shop had closed down already.
You can try contacting XOOM Auto-LPG. They are located along Timog Ave in QC.
The place is a Auto-LPG filling station and service shop as well.
Did they reject your request for tune-up outright?
That seemed to have solved most of my idling problems. But namamatayan pa rin naman ako on rare occasions.
may tanung pala ako ulit.
iisa lang ba yung auto lpg and commercial lpg(household lpg)?
and
If the Trooper is carbureted, you don't have a choice. But if it's EFI, SGI is better, but you can still get a venturi kit to work. The only problem is if you experience backfire through the intake with the venturi, goodbye MAF.
Yup. But you can't refill at LPG tank fillers. Iba yung nozzle. Mas mura naman LPG sa pumps.
LPG octane is around 100 plus. There are no local laws requiring stations to give octane rating for LPG, though, so it may vary from station to station. But if your car can run on 97 RON, it can run on LPG. Only danger for high compression engines running huge timing advances is that LPG delivery changes as the fuel level goes down, because the pressure in the LPG tank goes down with the fuel level... so you'll want to keep your tank at least half-full if you run extra timing to take advantage of the high octane of LPG.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
ghosthunter,
Thank you sa info. ,Sir in your experience ok pa rin ba yong
venturi using emulator, and propose installer is greenfuel...:worried:
My venturi kit was installed by NAIADSS. So far my experience with it is fine but it was a rather steep learning curve back then when only a few people have experience with quirks of venturi Auto-LPG kits.
-best to install a new air filter when you have any lpg kit installed.
-a dirty air filter will cause reduced power from engine.
-a dirty air filter will cause the engine to run rich.
-it is possible to over-rev the engine while on Auto-LPG.
-best to have the vaporizer drained once a year to remove accumulated liquids.
-venturi kit WILL reduce peak engine power in both gasoline & lpg because of air restriction cause by the venturi mixer but will not affect day-to-day driving.
