Hi bigMike! Yes I am absolutely interested. I don't have a fleet but do have an old Benz Diesel that has been waiting for such a development.

Do you mind PM'ing me the technical details? I would appreciate any information regarding a consistent supply of recycled vege-oil as well.

    Thanks,

    steve

Clogged gasoline line, either fuel filter needs replacement or dirty injectors.

    Possible causes:
    -dirty injectors
    -clogged/dirty fuel filter
    -bad or stale gasoline

Go to Green Autogas in Minanao Avenue. I don't know the price now but I am sure you will be satisfied with the kit, installation and performance.

Check the "Suitable for LPG" note on these set of sparkplugs... do they know something we don't?

    .
The lifetime of spark plugs under LPG is around 80% Also they say that stock plugs (factory installed ones on your car) are best for LPG; best in terms of price and performance.

di ko pa na experience ito. gaano katagal niyo ba ginagamit ang car on gas before switch over to lpg?

my last full tank was before i converted the car last last week of august, until now i still have 1/2tank. will this cause problems with rust, stale gasoline? damge fuel pump etc. magastos din magpalit ng ganitong mga parts.

hi n5110! actually this does happen. I would suggest running your car on gasoline once every month maybe for a good 10-20km. This makes your Petrol injectors work thus preventing clogs. Stale gasoline that has already lost its octane will definitely make your car jerk on low rpm..parang walang hatak, then paglampas ng 2000-2500 rpm tsaka hahatak ng medyo maayos.

Actually not the factory plugs, it seems platinum sparkplugs last longer than others when used with LPG. Iridium sparkplugs seems to suffer bad tip erosion when used with LPG.

I am wondering if TORQUEMASTER sparkplugs with either unique circular design might work well with LPG.

Same case for me, I've posted this issue several pages back. I think my air-fuel settings are optimal for my EROOM kit. I suspect that lean na kapag switch sa gas. I run LPG 95% of the time, so I tolerate it (I only use gas for about 15kms once every week).

Weird lang sa akin, gas will run well for the first few kms immediately after switching (for example going to work). Pero next time I use gas (e.g. on the way home), dun na lumalabas yung delayed response ng gas. I have to step on the gas pedal hard, and delayed and gradual ang pag-taas ng RPM.

baka sa Eroom kit yung may problem... Wil have my car tune up then if the symptoms is still there will bring it back to Eroom... Before kasi pag start up lang medjo hirap sa Gas then gradually gaganda na yung takbo but now all the time na...

I tried to run on LPG up to almost empty. Then nagpakarga ako sa Total. They were able to fill up to 49+ liters. I have a donut tank of 55L. Puede pala sya i-fill-up to 90% of the capacity??

yup, you can go 90% fill capacity. It simply depends on the cut off at the station you are refilling at.

As for me, weirdly, ever since i have my filler valve replaced, my max fill level has shifted from 80-85% to 90% based on the mechanical gauge on the tank.

Hi guys, Been hearing a lot of stations filling more than the effective capacity of tanks. I don't know if these stations have higher pressure to push more lpg into the tanks or they just have a faster meter.

But just the same to be on the safe side, please keep it at 90% maximum. Tell the gas boy to stop filling once you reach this point and never go back to that particular station again if this happens.

Some station attendants will ask if you want "NoFlow" or "Full only". The attendant explained to me that Full only is when you hear the tank making the hissing/whistle sound, it means the LPG tank is about get the NoFlow status on the pump meter.

Mabagal ang rollback. LPG is only semi-dependent on crude oil prices, since crude oil is only one of the sources of LPG.

I don't rightly know... I've noticed that I can get a lot more LPG at Total... but I don't know if it's the weather or the pump... parang matagal bagong mag auto-cut-off.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Mabagal nga ang cut-off ng Total, madalas naiinip ako pinapatigil ko na lang kahit di pa No-Flow.

Usually Total auto LPG pumps has this valve regulator just before the filler gun, some attendants will adjust it fully open and this is the reason for overfills beyond the 80% safety limit, but when the regulator valve is positioned halfway then the NoFill will come very slow but will give you assured 80% cut-off.

SeaOil pumps don't have this regulator valve before the filler gun so it fills beyond the 80% safety limit.

Naghahanap ako ng exact conversion ng LPG from kilo to liters: iba-iba ang value:

1 Kilogram of LPG = 1.79 liters (Water Capacity)

1KG LPG = 1.82 LTR (DEPENDS ON TEMP.)

1 kg LPG is equivalent to 1.66 litre LPG

    ano ba talaga?
