Fresh from the farm. Sa HK nakuha ito.....a burning red ferrari...
Coincidental lang po.... Funny but i wonder what is the reason kung bakit nasunog sa daan itong ferrari na ito...

Can you offer 0% interest plans? Please, please please :trampoline:
Remember, I can't guarantee that the extra dyno tuning will make your car run more economically... it will just cure some of the high rpm horsepower loss inherent in LPG conversions.
Most likely it's burning oil. Most supercar fires are due to hot oil or fluids leaking onto the hot exhaust manifolds in their tightly packaged engine bays.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
Anyone here using Iridium plug? Any feedback
Malakas mag-foul up ang plugs ko during long idling, and I have red in Denso website that LPG fueled cars on long idling can cause plug fouling. And Denso is recommending Iridium plug.
I have this feeling na may daya yung LPG pump sa Clean Fuel... I filled up 10lit... so my guage still maintain the same(orange and red light) meaning Low fuel pa rin... Then when I went home(less than 1km) I check the gauge sa tank... 1/6 lang ang nag register sa guage... dapat atleast 1/4 kasi I have a 40L tank... will try to fill up sa ibang LPG station...
Or baka paranoid lang ako... kasi theres no way talaga para malaman kung tama yung kinakarga or not... unlike Gas may pang check na container eh...
I tried their iridium plugs before converting to LPG. They may push it being their top-of-the-line plugs. But they also recommended switching to a colder plug. This is something I'd also like to do, but is quite difficult to find. Dati sa Denso, out of stock yung colder plug for my ride (both regular and iridium). I had to settle for Bosch Super Plus with Yttrium (pero same heat range pa rin). Works well for me. Pero I will continue to look for a set of plugs which is a step colder.
My stock plug is K20HR-U11 (long reach plugs), local Denso distributor promised to deliver K22HR-U11 by next week, they say since there's a growing need for LPG users they will bring in these colder plugs.
Here's the contact info of local Denso. Look for Lito

yung guage sa tanke i think is a pressure guage and not indicative of the amount of LPG left in your tank. 10liters inside a 40Liter capacity tank probably/maybe will register only at 1/6
There's a carshow this weekend. Any chance somebody will flaunt their LPG products and converted cars there?
if it's a floater it's pretty innacurate ..... nasa empty na yung needle ng guage ko pero nakatakbo pa ko ng mga 80kms na (that'd be about 10 liters or more ?? ) plus nde pa din ubos e .... i'm on my 2nd refill palang kaya pina paubos ko ng sagad to get a accurate calculation for the fuel consumption.
I've run about 700kms on my 2.0 CR-V (AT) since it was converted to LPG 2 weeks ago. I did not change the installed Denso Iridium plugs (heat range 20) which has been on the car for about 15K kms already. So far no problem and my city FC is 6.38 km/L over several full tanks. Perfectly happy with the set-up.
Im using spark plugs which are the same as stock for my Lancer. Its been almost a year since Ive been driving them. No problem at all...My FC for my 1997 Lancer GLXi is 7-10 km/L (not bad for a lancer ;) )
I also heard that spark plug and oil changes should be reduced because LPG is cleaner.
Its possible though that if you do experience problems with your spark plugs, your engine could be running too leanly.

I'm now thinking of converting my gen 2 V to LPG.. Because I've been trying to sell my V but the buyers are just ripping me off!! 450k? Thats the going rate of my 2002 Crv.. So forget it i'll keep my car..
ROI wise i think i'll be breaking even in no time. Nowadays my V travels more or less 80 km per day. Thats why I'm thinking of getting my vehicle converted. 2-3k worth of gas per week is just too much for me.
But in the near future. .
Reliability wise after 3-5 more years of use, wont the maintenance of the LPG be an issue?
What if i would really pursue selling my V, would the resale value of the car go lower
bougartt,
I don't think there's anything to maintain. If any part breaks down later, just have it replaced.
A well-informed buyer would know that LPG kit is really more of a car accessory. But if you plan to sell to the uninformed, just have the kit removed. The installation is completely reversible.
I see that you've viewed the photos that I just posted. Anyway, here they are again:

if green autogas can accomodate me this thurs or fri then i'll get my car fitted this week. sana lang sharon can give me a discount. better yet i'd rather want to have it in installment. even 2 months will do. sa mga nagpa convert sa green autogas magkano po ginastos nyo?
next week pa ako maa-accomodate ni sharon. excited pa naman ako. hehe.
