February 18th, 2003 10:56 PM #1695 Octane yung Premium Unleaded ng Seaoil.
93 Octane yung regular unleaded nila.
Wag kang masyadong magpapaniwala diyan
sa mga Blaze at Velocity na yan. Walang kinaiba
yan...Stop wasting your money on that.

The small oil players (Sea Oil, Total, Unioil, Flying V, Jetti, etc..) all offer the same quality fuels as that of the big 3 (Petron, Shell and Caltex). For gasoline most have a minimum octane rating of 93 RON to as high as 98 RON (Petron). A high octane rating prevents engine knock which could damage your engine. The usual minimum octane requirement for most gas engines is 87 RON. This means all gasoline fuel in the market is suitable regardless of brand.
For diesels most are rated with sulfur content at 0.20 and Cetane 55 (Petron=55+, Shell=55).

i've tried out G5 Extreme of Seaoil. I'm using it for about 3 weeks now. No knocking whatsoever.
The best part is, its ROR is 95 and it costs less than about 50 cents/litter compared to Blaze
