which 95-96 octane gasoline is better from the "big 4"

Oo nga pala. There's Unioil... Although we dont see them around much, they supposedly have the largest oil depot and Oil Port in the Philippines! I heard it's somewhere up north.

Who among the Big 3 (or 4) has a refinery ba? Last I heard, Caltex closed down their refinery and started importing na lang. I heard a similar item about Shell sometime ago. What used to be refineries became ports na lang.

Although the small players are expected to buy from refineries local or abroad, they can still infuse their additives after the purchase.
