    Vitara for the ground clearance, and the space for the dog. With me, dogs always go to the 3rd row. That is, unless the vehicle is a van wherein the dog can sit on the floor of the 2nd row. Try to avoid leather seats or risk its destruction. Otherwise, get seatcovers.

    How much is the budget?

    TOTL BRV is at 1.1M if I'm not mistaken. Has all the bells and whistles already plus the added practicality of a 3rd row for emergencies.
