Kung ako sayo eh mag Nissan Urvan Escapade ka nalang....Buhay parin ang D-4D problem ng Hiace Commuter(naging overpriced narin lately)..
Iba ang GL Grandia sa Estate dahil mas mahal yan...

I ride both Hi Ace and Urvan at work. Yun nga lang reconfigured to ambulance specs.
The Urvan is really ancient. As in luma na talaga para kang back to the 80's. But it has more convenience items than the Hi-Ace.
The Commuter is more modern but skimps out on everything. Even the tailgate's inner panel is just a flat sheet of lawanit. The Commuter is more spacious than the Urvan.
For me, if you just want a no frills vans, I'd take the Urvan. Very reliable, simple to work on and you get more convenience items (e.g. reclining rear seats) compared to the Commuter. The Urvan A/C is also very good.

hands down for me sa Urvan Ecapade:
-great A/C
-nice amenities (reclining seats front -driver + passenger, and back - 1st & 2nd rows), seats have cupholders and pouch net behind each rear seats)
-rear wipers + washers + tailgate mirrors + switch locks for tailgate doors
Downside:
medyo luma na yung style
for Commuter...
Nice looks, medyo boxey, but passenger seats are crapped, masikip ang spacing as in maliliit (all passenger seats are non-reclineable)..medyo new looks lang ung shift stick, nasa bandang dashboard at yung front hood to open mga basic fluid needs)..and need I say more about D4D woes
