dapat yata sa Mirage GLS mo na compare yan Wigo G.. kasi yung G is the mid variant same with GLS, ang katapat ng GLX ay yung J variant kung meron...

Mukhang mas sulit pa rin ang Mirage. Sa engine displacement and tranny pa lang, sulit na yung 14k difference.

The Wigo to get is the 1.0G MT. A 4-speed AT will not give you anywhere near the fuel economy of the CVT... as seen from the Celerio 1.0 AT, the Picanto 1.0 AT and the Spark 1.0 AT. 20 km/l plus is still possible with some of these cars, but the Mirage CVT is already knocking on the 30 km/l mark.

Nice thing about the Wigo... it's actually very spacious. Same wheelbase as the Mirage, thinner seats.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Does anyone know the reliability of Mitsubishi cvts?, they have been in the lancers for a while now so there should be some feedback by now.

Anyway, the Wigo will probably be more reliable in the extremely long run, but I would have the mirage

AT to AT, maybe, in terms of reliability. But if we're talking MT, the Mirage probably has it in terms of reliability.

The Mirage GLX is the direct competitor of the Wigo G. They make up for features what they gave up in the engine and tranny department.

But I agree with Niky. 1.0MT is the way to go, IMO.

Based on the latest test by Global NCAP last Jan 31, small cars from India including the Tata Nano, Suzuki Alto, i10, Figo & VW Polo failed with zero star ratings for those units w/o airbags. The only car with dual airbags that earned 4-stars is the VW Golf. The rest still got 0 stars even with airbags.

    globalncap

The Mirage gets 4 stars rating but based on ASEAN NCAP Testing.

    globalncap

The Toyota Wigo should have the same NCAP results as from its siblings, Toyota Agya and Daihatsu Ayla.

I agree with you Niky on the Wigo 1.0 G MT. But the sky blue color is only available on the 1.0 E MT. With the 5MT G Model, you get the features of the Mirage GLS at a price even cheaper than the Mirage GLX MT !
