The N16 GSX MT offers a bit better FC over its AT sibling, maybe 9km/L or better. My previous N16 GS (AT) used to do around 8km/L. By the way, the QG16 engine of the N16 GS/GSX requires 95RON fuel.

as what others have suggested, im leaning towards vios when it comes to fc and resale value. perhaps thats the vital reason why the resale of nissan is lower than vios.

hmm, i still wonder why people selling their gs/gsx's as fuel efficient cars. what is the standard fc for all 1.6 cars on the highway drive?

A modern 1.6 can easily do 12 to 14 on the highway and 9 to 10 in the city (normal traffic.... Not gridlock). In contrast, a 90s 1.6 will do around 2-3km/l less.

Definitely ill go for a Vios over the Sentra in most cases.
