thanks to all again!just keep the inputs coming!
But its much more refined than the Revo, at mas matipid din than the gasoline Revo. However look out baka makalawang yan, early Starex models were notorious for that.

I would recommend revo over a early model na starex. Those starex units comes with problematic suspension. Mabjlis masira yun suspension parts niya, though the parts comes in cheap but imagine the hassle going back sa shop numerous times just to have it fix. Revo has proven its worth for the longest time. Sa pamangkin ko early model revo till now ayaw pa rin niya bentahin kasi he is very statified with it. Although dami na sakit due to its old age pero in general that car is reilable.

The earlier model adventures are not fun to drive compared sa revo. The present adventure with minor revision sa suspension is superb in comfort driving pero mabagal pa rin, masmabilis pa rin yun old revo.

Im not bais ha, we own two adventure right now kaya nabibigay ko honest opinion ko compared sa revo and hands down ako sa revo

musta mga sir? ask ko lang po, all models ba ng Revo is naka-Timing chain na? mas-ok kc kung naka-chain na kesa belt.mga adventure daw is timing belt pa gamit?

BTW po,may icheck kami 1999 model revo,GLX 1.8 EFI model,2tone at 225k. ok yung overall appearance niya, like yung body(we saw the pics),kung ok po lahat,ok na kaya yung unit for that price?

Thanks po uli sa mga inputs nyo.

Not so sure with the gas Revo's, but the diesel Revo is belt driven. I just replaced mine.

225k is pretty reasonable, what's the mileage? Be prepared for the fuel expenses you will be incurring though.

We are looking for a vehicle that we can bring to our province sana. Looking for either FX, pickup or MPV. On a whim, I just searched sa Sulit and entered 70k to 180k budget sa search options. Up came these newly posted Revos at both P100,000 only. One is a 1999 SR and another a 2002 GLX, both gas. Anything to be wary about? Hehe.

Of course not! Even the 1st gen model gas variants which have the lowest resale would go for at least 200+k. The 1st one, I saw another ad featuring the exact same car selling for 228k and the 2nd one for 328k.

perhaps the 100,000 was refering to the number of km on the odometer.
either that, or down payment lang..
