Well IMHO, I suggest the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon/Backcountry 4x4-4 doors version. Lol.

masyadong magulo ang grill ng new lexus lx570.

    between this (new)

    and this (old)

i prefer the old grill. the new look seem like it is just a fad that will not last long.

pero ito talaga, the brute look of the lc200 vx, tulo laway...

How practical do you want to be? LC200.

How timeless do you want? G-Class.

Between the two and an "open" budget, I'll get the G. Its looks doesn't change and it's still as awesome on the road. Tumutulo laway ko everytime I see one.. the LC200? Not so much when they're common as Fortuners nowadays.

Toyota Land Cruiser 200 even the base variant is worth your money since it only lacks the front overrider, body stripes and sunroof that the Premium has. This beast could carry it self with decent power which can get you to 0-100kph in 8 secs.

    Land Rover Range Rover

thanks for the input and opinion sir! I have added the LR defender to my list but I am a little bit hesitant because I used to own a defender and a wrangler abroad.

Thanks for the straightforward opinion sir. I have added the the G-class to my list and i think it's a strong contender.

Yes they are common and there are many good reasons for that. Also the people 'in the know' have them as well. It isnt the most expensive in the top echelon of choices but she wont be out of place beside a G-wagen, Range Rover, merc GLS , q7 or x5. And years after you have sold the german cars, you will still be holding on to the LC. They (like the defender and a few other marquees) are timeless.
thanks for the input sir I am now considering the lc200.

For 500k less, you are looking at the VW Touareg CRDI. It is a bargain compared to its twin, Audi Q7, which is around 7M. The new Nissal Patrol is also priced at 4M, a big discount after its original SRP of around 5M.
thanks sirs! I also think that the LC is a strong contender

The Range Rover and G wagen are exceptional but the LC can be taken all around, and impose at the same time.
thanks sir! a very valid point

    ====

For now it looks like I'm more inclined to the ff:
    - LC200/LX570
    - Merc G-class

also considering these models: (i'm a little bit hesitant with these choices because I already had a chance to own these abroad)
    * nonetheless i cant complain with the performance of these
    - wrangler
    - defender

    img_2590.jpg

and also a lot of here seemed to mention the Defender. para sa kin, it's hype. you can't drive car kung ang armrest mo mismo eh bintana, it's ill-designed
