The Ford Explorer is a great package for the price BUT the price difference (to the Fortuner, Montero) might be like comparing apples to oranges. Plus the consideration that the Explorer uses expensive gasoline while the Fortuner and Montero uses cheaper diesel. The price tag difference of P700K would be enough to pay for the diesel for at least half-dozen and probably more years.

Explorer vs. Pajero sabay Fortuner at Montero Sport

Kung ako lang naman, Explorer na.

Pero kung may light offroad, Pajero BK.

May off-road pala eh, Pajero BK na ...

    Mas " fit " sa " scenery ". Haha.

Sakit sa puso mag-off road gamit yung Explorer.

Explorer tapus bumili ng pang offroad na wheels and tires. Kahit na sabihing unibody yang bagong Explorer, kayang kaya naman siguro ang light offroading be it my idea of light offroading (unpaved roads with slightly uneven surfaces and some steep inclines) or off road guru Beeboy Vargas's idea of light offroading.

Beeboy's idea of light offroading is wading your 4x4 through a foot deep of slippery mud tracks. Crazy guy to have around driving any vehicle offroad but he's also funny as hell as well. Very capable offroad driver.

Haha~ *bows 90 degrees* tama lang naman. And this sort of wheels and tires aren't really hard to get or prohibitively expensive. Pinakamurang paraan makahanap ng 16" or 17" stock mags ng kahit anong SUV basta't kapareha ng PCD at kumuha ng all terrain tires at the tune of 285/70/R16 perhaps?

I see ganon po pala yun... Sasabihin ko po sa kanya about sa off roading thing. We dont really have idea about cars.
For off road I think it just minimal...
